Needing some help with AGA-T+

So I'm vaping on my Protank right now and notice the vapor production in thickness and amount is about twice as much as my AGA-T+ (using a 50/50 pg/vg). Flavor is good for about two or three 5 seconds hits then start getting metallic taste. Thought I had it fixed using the Petar K method but I'm still getting a semi-hot top leg. Could this be a sign of poor wicking? I notice that the top of the wick gets dry after I fire a few times. Would I be best to roll another wick that is solid without a hint of an opening up the middle? I have the one in there pretty solid but can still fit a needle down it. Also noticed the top of the wick is coned up a little so this may be hindering the wicking of it too.

Appreciate the help.

Current coil is about 1.8-2.0ohms.

Well rolled a new wick (trying a straw wick) and it seems to be wicking much better and made a new 2.0 ohm coil and seems great now. Vapor is thick and plentiful, flavor is definitely crisper and better. Would've been nice to know menthol flavors really give a kick in these Seems the hot top leg issue is fixed, geeze can barely see my computer monitor now when I exhale Really digging this AGA-T+ now, can't wait to try some 20/80 pg/vg MBV Cinnamon Roll that should be here Thursday along with their Peach Rings and Pear.

Taking a 7s drag at 7.2w and nothing but flavor, no metallic taste...think she's fixed now, that is all

Well my order from MBV arrived today and I had to throw some of the 20/80 pg/vg cinnamon roll in and am blowing clouds Can't see the monitor on exhale and a strong bakery smell going on in my bedroom Going to throw some of their Pear in my Protank and see what's up with that one. Got some of their Peach rings to try too, will do that tomorrow. Peach Rings and Pear are a 50/50 just wanted to give the 20/80 a try and see what that's like.

Got a sampler too called Freckled Lemonade??? Sounds...uhmmm...interesting lol. That will be a Protank candidate since I just got the plastic tank for the AGA, will have to order a glass one for it, probably have to order another AGA actually these are heaven.
