I bought a cupid design failed bait mod now I knew the company wasn't going to be able to deliver it to me but the person that was going to send it is not going to do it now is there anyone out there you might be able to help me out or appointment I don't understand why a person to person cannot send but maybe I just misunderstood this so-called stupid law. Been looking for this mod for quite a while now gave up trying to find established version and got the clear this is the only company that I can find that I would trust to buy from I do not want to have to return this but I don't know what to do anyone able help me or give advice?

The problem for Canadians is Canada Post. First, to send anything to the US, we have to fill out a customs declaration and pay the duty as part of the postage calculation/payment. Then there is the issue of a reciprocal agreement with USPS and since vape mail is illegal, CP will decline it. So then the issue becomes "if I fudge the customs declaration and CP finds out, how much trouble do I get into?" It is a criminal offence in Canada to lie on a customs declaration (which I don't understand if it's outbound for US customs).
Our postage rates are high (compared to yours) and even with the favorable exchange rates, you are still looking at a hefty bill for postage and duties. I used to ship a lot of stuff (to the US), but stopped because of the CP issues.

Tim is correct but I send regularly to the States and get packages back. I just declare as a box sample used. Yet to have an issue in 9 years. The big issue is finding someone willing to go through the trouble of preparing a form, packaging and then mailing - at 71 I'm not hopping on that boat.
Actually been around for awhile. Lost my account and then restarted one. But TY for the welcome.
