Hey I'm new to the forum and to the vaping experience. I currently have an eLuv starter kit(my first kit) that I bought about 2 weeks ago, as well I have an X.fir E fire VV by Vision that I bought about a week ago with a Kanger T3S because I was unhappy with the kit. Just on Friday I bought the Aspire Nautilus tank and love it. The problem I have with it is when the battery dies, I have a hard time getting it to charge. Meaning when I screw it onto my charger the light stays green. When I push the button on the unit it flashes about 10 times, and the light stays green. Sometimes I can hit the button and it will flash once and the light on the charger will go red and start to charge. The thing does not last more than 3 or 4 hours, and it takes quite a while to charge as well. I do believe this has the 18650 battery in it, so maybe thats normal? I talked to the shop that I bought it at and they said there might be an issue with the charger, which there isn't because it will charge my other batteries, or there might be an issue with the unit itself. Can anyone help me out with this? I will be going back to the shop come Tuesday to talk to them about it and to hopefully get it replaced.

Is yours one like this? If that's the case, it doesn't have a 18650 battery inside, most probably it's a 12500 or even a 12350 (first two digits is diameter in mm, 3 & 4 give length in mm) and it has only a 310mAh rating so you're getting a normal duration out of it. For your Nautilus try to get at least something with a 1300mAh rating and preferably variable voltage or variable wattage. An eVod Twist would fit the bill. If you can budget it, you might want to upgrade sooner or later to some VW mod with interchangeable 18650 batteries; there are dozens so I won't go into details.

Welcome to the forum and vaping.
