Hey all,
I searched for this question and wasn't able to find an answer so I apologize if this is covered elsewhere. I have been using a Nemesis Clone mech mod for a few months now and overall I am satisfied with it. I am having a few issues with the switch, however, and hoped that someone could help me out.
I carry my Nemesis with a Taifun GT in my pocket at work (yes I have large pockets :)) and I have had two ongoing issues with the switch. The first issue is that the switch likes to work it's way loose and extend the throw. This may be a mistake on my part of how I set it up. This is what I do: I screw in the switch until its tight and check the throw. If it is too long or too short I take it out and adjust the center pin. Once I get it to where the full throw stops just short of hitting the locking ring with the locking ring all the way in, I screw the switch in until it's tight. When I lock it I just screw the locking ring down until it's against the switch. I try not to over-tighten the locking ring because it can be hard to undo. Most days I have to adjust the throw a few times because it works it's way out until the throw is too long and the switch gets all crunchy.
The second Issue I am having may be related to the first, but I have had several times where I know I screwed out the locking ring but I'll feel my pocket getting hot and I'll reach in and the mod's been firing. This usually results in a slight burn on my fingers and juice in my pocket. The first issue I can live with but this is dangerous. Any suggestions on how I can fix this, or on another inexpensive mod that won't have this issue?
Sorry I know it's a long post but I've tried to answer any questions you might have up front.
Thanks in advance!

The screw that holds the switch together and is the battery contact is not adjustable. You want that as tight as you can get it, I use a pair of pliers to tighten mine. If you keep it loose it will just let your movement unscrew it as it bounces around in your pocket. Also I often loosen it while pressing it to vape when that contact is not tight.

Great thanks for the help. First try the switch wouldn't get tight with the screw all the way in. I removed the beauty ring and it snugged up nicely. Hopefully this will be the end to my problems. Thanks again!
By the way, do any of you have a Taifum Gt? If so what wick setup do you use? I'm using organic cotton with a twisted 28g kanthal micro coil. Taste is good, only problem is I have to dry burn the coil every other tank to get rid of the burnt taste which mean re-wicking. Thinking of trying ss mesh or ceramic or silica. Can you dry burn those?

It's been my experience that it's going to unscrew a bit from time to time no mater what. A bit of pain but I've gotten used to adjusting it every once in a while. As for it firing in your pocket, I have a magnet upgrade and I threw an extra magnet in there to make it harder to push in the button. It's still quite pushable but it doesn't fire in my pocket or when I stand it up on a table.
