I just got these and having an issue witht he conection with my KFL. Anybody have a trick since the post can't be adjusted out.

I wish that I had a trick to use my KFL with the NEM-1, but I don't. Fortunately, I have a R91 with an adjustable center pin that works great.
you can use the battery spacer on the top of the battery (instead of the bottom) to make the positive connection. Mine's set up with my fogger v3 or Russian 91, so no issues with an adjustable post, but I used to do that with my old sg-1 adapter. The nem-1 spacer is a pretty snug fit so I wouldn't think it would slide out of place or accidentally short. That was the fear I always had with the sg-1, which was one reason I ended up selling it, But my Nem-1 will be with me always.

I've had one of these since the first batch after Todds review. Great piece of work. Love it on my VR Nemesis, makes all of my 22mm attys beautiful. I even put my small IGO-W w/ Clear Cap and it looks good.

Got one and lost the Delrin insulating washer on the first night!
Anyway, a couple comments... You are supposed to lock the aluminum adapter to the bottom of your atomizer. If you have a KF/KFL/Russian, it will block the fill hole, which makes filling a little more painful. Works great with the Fogger v2 since it fills from the top.
Also, the Delrin insulating washer may fall out as you take your atomizer off. So if you are at a party and showing off the mod to someone, make sure it's still there when you put it back together! Heh
I'm still using it without the washer. I have a vapesafe fuse just in case.
