I currently have a Nemesis that when I turn it upside down starts firing without pressing the button due to gravity. My question is has anyone ever dealt with this? Is it a common issue for Nemesis? And is there an easy fix to this because I have heard of loaded springs and thought that might be what I need.

I put magnetic switches in both of mine. Never had the auto fire with the springs.
yeah that shouldnt happen, order a few nemesis magnets off of ebay. thatll do the trick! plus installing them takes under a minute, you just need to know how to disassemble the switch. which is also easy, goodluck

Before you waste money on magnets take your button out and screw the contact pin as tight as it will go so it stops unscrewing and falling out of the retaining ring. The spring isn't the problem unless it's simply not in the button. Your problem is a contact pin that is so loose that it falls when the mod is turned upside down.
Try this...
Turn the locking ring so the mod can fire and set the mod down on the button and let go. If the button doesn't depress all of the way and try to fire then it isn't the spring.
If the button does depress, remove the contact pin and take the black ring off and see if the spring is broken or missing.
