At the very bottom of the switch there is a piece of copper wrapped around the post. Down by where the spring hits.
That little fraking spring is supposed to help keep tension on the center pin so it won't back out. On the clones it's not up to specks and is a source of glitchy/clicky switch, and other problems. Get rid of it and most your nemi switch problems will disappear.
The other thing is make sure the center firing pin is tight, many think it's adjustable, it is not, if not tight it will back out over time and you could find yourself with the
mod locked in firing mode. Also if not using the extended 510 center pin, the kick beauty ring must be removed or will have battery slop. This is why most get it into their heads that the switch contact pin is adjustable, it is not.
That should cover the most common issues with the nemi clones. Do get the Magnet upgrade for the switch, then it will be smooooooth
vaping.
