nemisis possible button malfunction

My nemisis, will not fire. It's not making the connection. The button pops then clicks in before fully depressing it to engage at which point rda should fire.
it was working before not popping when depressing firing pin mind you.
Also I now can see the spring assembly in the button, again didn't see that before, please help thanks guys

Welcome to ECF, you may need to rebuild your fire button. Or if you have a friend into electronics look at it. Otherwise I would call the vendor you got it from and ask them what you should do.

unscrew the button. Tighten down the silver pin. Put the button back on the mod. Put the battery in the mod. put the top cap and your attomizer on the mod tighten down. Screw up the button until you get a little resistance.

I disassembled it once, and re assembled it. Still I have no connectivity. I didn't get it from vendor I got if from an experienced vaper . He told me to post here. What do you suggest on the re build.

Is the adjustable contact in the topcap snugged up against the atty contact?

does the battery rattle with everything tight?

There is a kick ring that's about 3mm if you don't know to look for it you won't see it, check to see if it's on, if it is take it off as it will extend the tube too far to fire properly without a kick in the mod.

if that isn't the case then...


do you have a short in your atty? The nemesis is a simple piece of equipment.. If everything else asked about so far in this thread has actually been done and done correctly the mod isn't the problem... What type of atty are you using? is it a rebuildable? if so are all the posts nice and tight? if it's a kayfun are the blocks touching? check the 510 connection on the atty make sure it hasn't been tightened far enough to push the pin over where it makes contact with the negative of the 510 connection.


failing all of that... idk, battery? what type of battery are you using, what resistance is your atty at? is the battery fully charged? (sounds dumb but you'd be surprised)

Battery is brand new Samsung 18650 2500 mah. Patriot rda, I'm very new to this type of vaping by 24 hrs of experience thus far. The kick ring is out by the way, no shaking of battery

what resistance is your patriot at?

do you have an ohm meter to check for shorts? if there is a hard short in the build of the atty it won't matter how well you've done putting the mod together. and you could do damage to your battery by firing it again and again trying to figure out what's wrong with the mod.

Damn, Gmail is lazy today. Cant receive the picture. Sorry man, dont think i cant help. But i guess you're missing a little pin that impossibilites the contact to spin with the bottom cover lock.
Look around for a golden little piece of about 2x1mm.

If the patriot has an adjustable pin in the connection try loosening it so it makes a better connection to your nemesis.

My resistance is .34 and no I don't have a ohm meter my bro does tho. By the way my button is super crunchy snaps and pops.
