Nemmy (Clone) button getting hot?

Take everything apart and clean it with alcohol. When you re-assemble make sure everything is tight

This includes the switch assembly. Hot buttons are caused by bad/dirty switch connections and any shorts. Next time the button gets hot, pull the battery and see if that is hot too. If it is, its a short. Also be aware that a 0.2 ohm coil theoretically is drawing 20 amps (80 Watts!!!), which is going to cause some heat over time regardless. I assume the button is heating up instantly, though.

Ever seen someone touch two bare wires together under power?

With loose or dirty connections that is what is happening. Arch or surge of power at the weak point. Instant heat build up. A good cleaning and secure assembly should prevent issues.

Inspect threading for discoloration - If discolored, damage has already been done. Original switch is a direct replacement.
