I do understand money being tight, if you want a simple cheap set up to see for yourself here is a single battery ego kit from an really good shop Rawr Vapor: Ego Basics Kit - Mods - Hardware. it is $18 and comes with 10 ml of juice. That is enough to get you started and for you to know if it will work for you.

It was pretty easy for me. If you're worried about it get the ecig and say you're cutting down to like one or two analogs a day.
Eventually I got to the point where I knew I could do it and I didn't want real cigarettes anymore.
A week or two of not smoking and I couldn't stand the taste of real cigs, they taste awful to me now

It looks like apollo is still offering their free disposable (pay 2 for shipping) Free Electronic Cigarette not sure if there are any other companies that do it other than those weird trial kit sites. I started with the free disposable then ordered a kit from them. I found switching to be relatively easy. Though after seeing the link for the $18 ego I will be bookmarking that to suggest to some friends as well. Took me 2 days for cigarettes to taste nasty to me and 5 days to stop lighting it only to take one hit off of it and put it out.

Its ALOT easier than any other method of quitting smoking ive ever found, patches gum, cold turkey, all fails. Been vaping for 2 years now. I fell off the wagon when i was unemployed for 6months and couldnt afford the upfront $ so i was on rollies, but came back into it without a hitch. I smoked just over a pack a day and now(while i have supplies) i never touch cigarettes. They will smell and taste VILE after you've been vaping alone for even just a few days. It will make you seriously wonder why you started in the first place.
But everyone is different, you may choose to vape and smoke, only vape, whatever. You'll never really know till you jump in! Good luck, and hope to see you join "us cool people"
Wait a minute! THATS why i started smoking! :p

Over 22 years as a smoker, I've tried and failed with every method if quitting... Patch, gum, lozenge medication....

I quit the day I started vaping with a real setup(NOT a cigarette look a like).

Super easy, I don't even crave cigarettes now.

Sent from the ether using the power of my mind... and the Tapatalk app.

Hey man, i know where youre coming from. I just switched over a few weeks ago and i was a bit anxious at first too. I tried the disposables and they were ok, but i spent alot of time watching video reviews online and everyone seemed to be getting much better vapor than i was. I did some research and found a good unit that works for me. Wasn't too expensive for my taste, and really good quality stuff. Altogether i spent less than 50, and now all i need to do is shop online for my Ejuice whenever im running low.

Take your time, though. Watch youtube videos of people demonstrating this kinda stuff and really take it slow. Don't get scared away by a bad disposable or if a friend lets you try his gas-station ecig and you don't like it. Trust me, if you find a quality piece, it will produce great vapor and will really mimick the smoking experience. Like everyone has been saying, i haven't gone back to analogs and the smell/taste reallllyyy turns me off now. Me, my room, and my clothes all smell like mint chocolate :D

I'm Canadian and the only disposables we can get here are nic free. Those do not cut it. I want to give the nic ones a try to see if they really make a difference.

If the only thing really missing from that disposible was the lack of nicotine & no-so-great flavor, go ahead & get one of those $18 eGo kits. They really do make a difference. And also, don't freak out if you can't stop the analogs right away - even cutting back is beneficial. A few get lucky with their first attempt, but most of us have to try a few different things to find the delivery system/ juice flavor/nicotine level that allows us to put them down completely.

In my opinion you shouldn't be nervous, though I understand the inability to feel any other way. Embrace the change in your life. That is the direction I took. I couldn't wait for my e-cigs to arrive and I constantly reminded myself of the advantages of doing so. I went with V2 and that was that. I am only 20 days in but I can tell you I don't think about cigarettes anymore.

If you research and read you will see just how many true success stories are out there and if they can do it, so can you. Just go into the change of your life as aware of what to expect as possible.

Best of luck.

Any questions about anything feel free to PM me.
