But I think I am ready to try a regulated squonk mod. Saying that i’m Also not ready to spend a lot on this experiment, did some research and have picked the Pulse 80w, It received good reviews. The mod is about $60 US, it takes either a 18650 or 20700. I may choose the Pulse X only because it can also use a 21700 but only if the price is right.

Wouldn’t it be nice to have a REO that utilized a 21700. I know this has been discussed to death but I have been thinking through this whole research process that REO is being left in the dust. I have heard reviewer after reviewer say this is the squonk mods time. Perhaps Eric should partner up with someone with experience developing squonk mods, like Vandy Vape did with Tony B. REO under Rob developed the first commercial squonk mod and Eric could take it to the next level but I think he could use some assistance.

I know a lot of you have already gone the regulated route, but imagine a REO regulated 90w with a 21700, it could change Reo only for the better.

Just one Reonaut’s opinion...I know it’s all been said. Sorry for the rant!!

I’ve had some new thoughts since yesterday. I have read a lot of the arguments about a regulated REO. I believe a 90-100w mod with a 21700 would do the trick. A REO would never be an inexpensive purchase, also anyone wanting one wouldn’t want a 200w squonker/ single battery squonk mod. But there are a lot that would like a 100w/21700. If Eric builds one he could also at sometime in the near future design a 200w squonker with dual 21700 for those that want more power. If the company stays static it will become irrelevant, no one wants this!

Vandy Vape has a new chip set that might fit the bill.

The Topside is my favorite regulated squonker. Top filling a 10ml bottle is a game changer. I like looking through all of my old reomizers and using them as a MTL vape for salt nic. I should have never sold my REO mini. I still use my 3 grands and the p67 for this purpose.
