new Alt-smoke rebuildable atomizer/tank

I just got this and the vape is amazing on my Silver bullet. But - i am thinking - well ok - but you can do all that yourself, make the wicks etc - well really??

i counted about 9 winds on each one!

i am stunned - what do i normally make? 5 wraps? holy hell! Anyone else seen this thing or made wicks and atomizers for one?

Kind of looks like the hyper srt from gotvapes.

my question really is this: how important is it to replicate that coil because i will struggle! Is there a machine i could buy that would do it neatly for me that you know of?

It's the Hyper SRT II from gotvapes, also known as the smoktek R-Tank, most def - The first Hyper SRT was one long tube, this one has the bottom polypro tube and the removable top cap.

No machine - you can buy the wicks and coils premade from gotvapes, if you want, but I would suggest going to ebay, getting some silica and kanthal and doing it yourself - it's cheaper in the long run, but to each his/her own. Coiling is not hard once you get it down.

Thanks thedub - i feel like some intensive practice over the Xmas break will be in order to achieve this - i was reading another thread that suggests using a drill bit to wind them on and perhaps that is worth a try! I am sorry to say that my wife makes better coils than i do currently!

Is there anything you can use to make the tank look less like its standing on a thin leg? What about using a 510 to eGo adapter and then a tank sleeve and then the R Tank?

I feel your pain, the only RBA I have right now is an A7 and I'm getting decent at making a little 4 or 5 wrap coil. The genesis atomizers look intimidating but I have some on the way so party on.

I'm good at this sort of thing in general but am hampered by the shakes and horrible eyes. I figure if I can get a coil wrapped decently almost anyone could with enough dedication.
