Hi all. Jamie here. Just got my first e-cig from thesmokelessshop.com.

I am SO pleased. I'm pleased with the service, but even more, really pleased with the e-smoking experience. I dreamt about it last night.....dreaming that I took a "drag" and got the much anticipated throat hit and was thrilled.

Today, my husband brought in the package...I put it together...took a drag...and ahhhh. really nice.

I have only had one analog cigarette since 5 pm and it's 10;30. I'm eager to see how my morning coffee and an e-cig work.....

Welcome to the forum, Momswan, and good luck with continuing to enjoy your new toy...

I used to be a 22-a-day smoker (Marlboro lights), and I now smoke 3-4 a day (e-smoker since Sep 27). However, I cannot say I enjoyed my first drag. I made myself use it in the first couple of days, despite the funny taste, and was able to cut to 12 in the first week, 8 the second, and from the third week on I never exceeded 5, although it's mostly 3 now. So I am overall pleased, but I am going crazy with the batteries (charge yours 8-10 hours the first time, by the way), and with spending a fortune on different juice flavors and new e-cig toys (that's a whole addiction in itself). Whoever said that this thing would save me money??! But it is overall worth it, I must say. Even though I use nicotine juice (low or medium), I am substantially less addicted than I was before.

Given that you liked your e-cig from the start, you may be able to quit completely, if that is what you want (and many here quit even without meaning to....).

Welcome, and congrat's, keep with it, get more juice/flavors/e.cigs, and you will feel mucho bettah. I used to smoke 100 kools day, now I vape, and feel great.

I LOVED a nice fresh coffee and a cigarette seemed to be perfect with it. Since switching to e-cigs the coffee is tasting better and better as the days go by and my taste buds are coming back to life.

One of the things I'm enjoying at them moment is experimenting with different liquid flavours and seeing which goes best with which activity. So far I like tobacco flavours best with coffee but apple seems to work really well too.

I've only tried one coffee flavoured liquid and it didn't taste much like coffee to me but it had a nice taste and hit anyway.

Good luck with the switch.


p.s. For some reason cheese is also tasting 10 times better since I switched too. There seems to be different "levels" of flavour now instead of just the main taste.

Thats fabulous! I can't wait to try all the different flavors. I'm already imagining mixing up a chocolate coffee...or a vanilla whatever...oh boy, I can see now that this will be fun.

got mine yesterday. I got it to use on the occasions where I am working and the law stops me smoking. It was never intended as a general replacement for tobacco. On the first day I tried it to see if it would make a viable alternativve for those difficult hours working and my standard roll up intake went down from 50 to 10 and 5 of them were due to battery problems. Today I woke up and didnt realy mind which I smoked as first ... of the day. Its now 5 hours into the day and I have smoked one roll up and ordered 3 different flavours of juice and another e-cig starter kit.

I think I've got all the hardware I need for a while now (just waiting on my disposable cigar coming through from Heaven Gifts). Just need to buy juice and empty carts next month I think which'll seriously reduce my smoking spend.
