So I'm new, Live and work in Saitama.

Anyways, I was hoping someone could teach me a little... i dont really know how to do it....
Is it just, I can order from any website and not have a problem with the shipping?

Also I wanna buy a starter kit.... Any suggestions on where to buy one? A place in Japan, A nice ECig, (metal preferably.... Good battery.... no prob shipping to Japan.... feels close to smoking a real cigarette)

And a place that also sells a variety of Flavors and Powers of nic juice?
And then of course... no problems with getting it here....

Hi Spencer, welcome to ECF and to vaping! I think your main issue is where to order from and be able to get it in Japan. In my opinion the best place to ask these question is in the Japan Forum. You will need to have made 5 posts in the New Members forum before you can post anywhere else. It goes fast. Just welcome a few other new people and maybe post a few times in other threads here and you're away. After you have your fifth post in it sometimes takes the system an hour to give you permission to post elsewhere.
