Hello,
New to vaping, only about a week into it and thinking about dropping cigarettes completely but not sure. I still get the cravings for one and I REALLY have to fight them off. Any suggestions for someone new? I am currently using a hand me down eGo with with a CE5. I have found I dont like tobacco flavors but Menthol isnt to bad. I am currently using 18mg menthol and i wont say who from as im not sure I can post that in here. Any advice for someone wanting to quit cigarettes?

I'm about a month in, almost 2 weeks w/out the stink. I still get the craving hard; this morning was the first morning when I didn't think about a cig as soon as my eyes opened!

Suggestion: Get some strong juice (e.g. 24mg), but also have some lower levels like 12mg, and some 0mg. When the urge hits, vape some 24mg; if you're still jonesing after several puffs (more than likely it's psychological at this point), switch down to some lower level juice, or some 0mg. You can keep vaping, but you won't get sick from too much nic. Then, you can just vape on through to the other side!

Oh, be sure to get a couple of different flavors - that way you can switch up and not get bored with a particular flavor. You want to make it as enjoyable as possible, so you don't go back to the stinkys.

Hang in there!

I vaped and smoked for about a month before giving up the analogs. Do it at your own pace and you will have better luck.
I personally started with tobacco flavors because ... well I was a smoker and smokers smoke tobacco. I have to say few weeks in I dropped almost all tobacco blends and moved on to more interesting flavors. Fruit & Drink flavors are my favorites now. Get some samples from different vendors and find what you like best.

the 306 atty dripping was what did it for me. I had issues turning down cigs when offered to me, but the vapor/flavor released by a 306 atty (on twist) was just what I was looking for.

Edit: also don't think of it as quitting think of it as switching. Quitting scared the crap outta me but switching is simple.

I hear you on the quitting being scary. May have to rethink how i look at things!

I find it best to just forget about cigarettes. GET a vv. their cheap
I am looking into the vamo because my friend has one and I like that they are cheap and seem to work pretty good.
