Hi everyone! I bought my first e-cig yesterday afternoon. Loved it at first, and then late last night the thing stopped working, no vapor. batteries both fully charged, so I guess it was the atomizer. Thankfully the Pilot store I bought my njoy Npro at traded me out with a brand new kit. But now I'm almost scared to use it afraid the atomizer will quit working. Could I have drawed on it too hard or too long and maybe burnt the atomizer up? I have on order a Vapor 1000, hope it's better. I sooo wanted to try Puresmoker but I see they didn't have in stock what I was looking for, but I sure like their prices. It really stinks that I can't purchase njoy atomizers, I did read somewhere that Puresmokers.com has an atomizer that fits NPRO, is this true and which one is it? Someone RN4081 but on Puresmokers.com I couldn't tell which one that is. Thanks so much for any help.

It is possible you either let the cart get dry and thus it no longer had liquid to produce vapor or if you added fluids it could have become flooded. If this happens again try blowing on the end of the atomizer that attaches to the battery and turning it mouthpiece down onto a papertowel and see if it drains liquid.

Good luck.

I used a new cartridge coz I thought that was what was wrong. Don't have any liquid so it wasnt too wet. I did try blowing and letting it sit overnight on end, but still doing nothing. And this new one doesn't seem to act right. Geeeezzze what am I doing wrong?

Nothing as far as I can tell from your posts. Sounds like you got unlucky with the first atomiser and the second is taking its time breaking in. Sadly, the quality control and consistency of e-cig hardware leaves a lot to be desired. When you get a good one, though ... :D

Batteries are charged good. I think it's just the blasted carts not lasting very long. I only vape a couple of times per half hour or so, and I mean a couple good draws off of it. But after everything I'm reading kinda scared to use the liquid, and wondering about the E-cigs. I was blindly under the impression it had all been approved by the FDA. Silly me.....

Go to a reputable supplier and the stuff in the liquid will be the same as what you get in prefilled carts or better. The FDA are playing silly buggers at the moment - all the individual ingredients in the liquids are known, and with the exception of nicotine known to be safe. There's a bit of legalistic nonsense about how combining them together makes them a new drug, but IMO that's just a pretext for a power grab.

Thank you Strayling, What are the reputable companies? I have no clue. I did place an order Sunday from Vaporcig.com. And another question, are all of these ecigs/carts/liquids manufactured in China?

I'm a bit hesitant to recommend one over the others. Take a look in the suppliers section of this forum and read up on how the various suppliers are regarded. There are plenty of good ones :)

The ecigs and carts are all made in China as far as I know. Johnson Creek sell liquid which they say is made in the USA and I have no reason to doubt them.
