Welcome @belkit and like @Bonskibon said OIL is not safe to vape. Could you please provide more details on this "oil" you mentioned and who recommended it? Curious here about this.

Vape On Safely
Sorry I seem to have touched on a forbidden topic, I am not trying to promote anything but I am willing to share my experience. If you want further discussion maybe you can contact me on my email (removed email)

Got it - it's ejuice from the vendor of the other stuff.
So what kind of tips are you looking for?
EVOD is not a bad device - but a lot of folks "outgrow" it looking for more vapor, longer battery life, etc...
I saw a youtube video about how to stop it gurgling and that was where I heard about your forum. My EVOD came in a blister pack with no instructions on how to use. So I am looking for info on how to clean, how long I can use it before I have to change coils, how to increase the vapour and I am interested in making my own ejuice. and yes how to extend my battery life.

Hi I am new to vaping and are looking for tips from more experienced users.
When I was starting 2 years ago I could only tolerate a couple of ml per day so I kept the nic on the high side, 18 mg and vaped it on a 1.6 ohm coil at 10 watts. Within a week or two 12mg nic was the right choice. I still believe that's the right way for a beginner to start. I advise smokers I know, if you vape you will smoke less. If you never stop vaping sooner or later you'll stop smoking. If you vape long enough without smoking vaping will be an entirely superior experience and cigarettes will taste and smell terrible. As long as I can vape the risk of relapse is zero, may be even if I don't vape but testing that theory doesn't interest me right now. The prize is being relapse proof. Vaping does that for me and probably a lot of other vapers will tell you the same thing.

Now you can reward us for our life saving counsel by hanging around and answering our vaping electronics questions.

There's a whole AREA here about making your own liquid. I do - it's FAR less costly, and you can with some experimenting, get very tasty liquid!

I won't advise on the EVOD - it's been too long! But I will say, it's a "starter" - and there's a whole world of more satisfying vaping devices - without getting crazy - if you do want something with a little more "kick" or run-time. Many (not all, but many) long-term vapers do move to a "box and tank" setup...

This place, for instance, has like 20 different battery/tank kits for about $50 that are a big step up...

People here can point you at those easily -
