ok I gotta wait til my tax return comes anyways i have time to research and look around is there 5v batts out there I can use with it? moobyghosts review on YT says thats the sweet spot for most vapers
There is no such thing as a 5v battery at this time, and maybe never.
You can only get 5v by getting a PV designed to do 5V, or variable voltage, which can be done in the following ways...
1) Get a PV that uses a 3.7v battery and has a booster to pump up the volume
2) Get a PV that uses multiple
batteries to provide at least 6v and then uses a resistor to restrain the voltage
As for the Sweet Spot talk, that is misleading, because everyone has a different Sweet Spot.
The whole 5v Sweet Spot thing is based on old technology and doesn't take into account new realities.
For instance, I wouldn't vape at 5v if you paid me.
Check out this poll, which I just recently created and doesn't have all that much feedback yet...

The thing about that poll above is that it is based on wattage, not voltage.
When you REALLY get down to it, wattage is the key, and voltage is just a mirage.
