Hello, everyone!

I have an unpleasant problem, one of the atomizers i have bought, is faulty, i can not draw at all. Something is wrong - it has a fine draw through unconnected atomizer, no problem with tank attached, but as soon as i attach battery, even by single thread spin it is completely impossible to draw, like theres no holes in it. By the looks its completely similar to any other atomizer, but this one does not work. Not a hard draw - 0 draw, no airflow at all, like its closed. No matter how tight i attach battery, even if i just turn it for a few circles. Battery works fine, both of mine, also tank is ok. Works fine with all another atomizers. The problem is, that returning it, will cost me same as ordering new from Janty, so i hope someone have any ideas, where is the issue and how can i solve it.

Thank You!

It's defective, it may happen.
It happened to me a couple of times (but i bought hundreds of those jets :p).
The issue is the tiny hole on the thread negative pole, it is occlused and that's where the air is suppose to get in in a working atomizer.
It only happen when the atty is connected to the battery because when it isn't connected the air pass through the bigger hole on top of the positive pole.
Just open a ticket and send it back for a replacement.

Today i got tired of waiting support reply on my ticket, bended needle and draged it all around the tread of atomizers battery side in hope that air hole would somehow be punctured or opened. And it worked! Something transparent, sticky fell out and atomizer works! It seems like some glue like liquid had dried and clogged the air intake hole. My guess that this liquid is something like glue that is used at atmoizer assembly, because pre-fluid should not dry. Anyway, great end of the day.

Thanks, this solution helped me save myself some frustration!
