For MTL, in a tank I would suggest something in the style of the Kayfun, Taifun, Rose, Sat22 ect. In a dripper, something with a small internal volume and limited air intake holes.
Aspire nautilus or eleaf gs or gs air.
Kabuki if your budget allows.
But, you didn't mention if you want to fiddle around with a rebuildables or stick with replaceable heads.

For price, Nautilus Mini. If you want to spend more and build your own coils, Kayfun or Calix by Leo.
I know on the Calix the airflow comes through the 510, but these last 2 options are a bit expensive $100+ unless you find used.

Yes they do.
You want 1.8 or 2.4 ohm coils wrapped around 4 strands of silica. FastTech has them.
