k9frog...Rob and Michelle are at vapefest so I will attempt to answer your questions as best I can, since have a few of these. I would at least fill the tank half full to start out with. You can fill it up to the bottom of the threads on the inside of the tank which is a full tank. You can always pour the juice back in the bottle or use a syringe to remove it. Make sure you take several drags with the control ring closed whilst NOT pressing the button. This will suck some juice in the atomizer/cartomizer and prime it. Not hitting the button will assure that you dont burn up the atty before it has been primed with juice properly. Not too hard of a draw now or you will flood the atty. Then start to open the control ring a little at a time while you are taking very light fake draws till you here the juice gurgle just a tad. Then you and start hitting the button to start vaping and adjust the control ring to your desired setting. It will take a little trail and error. Caution...dont draw real hard like you are trying to syphon gas...or you will have a mess and mouth full of juice.
As far as juice goes, I vape 100% VG and have no problems. But you can judge your own mixture for yourself. You can fine tune your mixture as you see fit. The new AVS's are not nearly as tempermental as the V1 AFS units were. Hope this helps my friend and happy vaping. :D

Now you see why I own so many of them.:D

People just have no clue until they use one. Then they all say they want one.

Just keep it clean is all. They work better when they are clean. Feel free to shoot me a PM if you ever need any help and dont forget the GG sub forum here. A ton of helpful info.

Vape hard my friend...:smokie:

PS...I almost forgot the most importantg thing...Welcome to the GG Family of friends!

I just got my setup this week. However, my avs does leak. It seems to do so randomly. It's leaking out of the air holes under the airflow ring. Any ideas?
Other than that, the only other thing I could ask for, would be a more sturdy battery spring. Otherwise, this thing is perfect. Very good workmanship. Much nicer than my GGT.

Cheers!

Spring was made by brass so it cant be nore sturdy serrada my friend. Brass springs are soft. I made it like this for better contactivity.

As for the leaking from the 4 air holes thats normal and it happens when you leave GG in horizontal position without locking the CR. So better to empty the CT 2-3 times a day ser my friend

Actually glad to hear the leaking is preventable. I'll just lock that down!
I was wondering, would it be possible to set up some kind of plunger arrangement instead of a plain old spring? Something like the button, but moved inside? It would still be spring loaded and would have the brass surround for connectivity. If it's stupid or not feasible just ignore me. No flame needed.

Thanks again!
