I have yet to flood an atty and I am having a heckofa time trying to get liquid in the attys, I'm getting tired of it all. I have both a 901 and 510 going and the similar problems on each, I have to take a hard pull with the CR closed, then open halfway, just to get any juice to vape and this is not what I was thinking I had to do, I thought it was suppposed to be a lot easier than this.......:(

Today I'm going to completely disassemble both GGTS and both AVs I have presently (I have 1 more of each on the way), vaseline and noalox s#$%, and I sure hope that helps everything -- how do you know when an o-ring needs replacing? Man, maybe.......better stop here.......

Hello,

I am a bit new to the GG world. I bought my 2011 GGTS and UFS recently. This is the best tube mod I have ever seen.
I am a CNC machinist by trade and when I got this and inspected the techniques used in manufacturing this device I was amazed. The entire unit is well....ingenious in it's design....I am sure many hours have gone in to the development. And after some fiddling the UFS works absolutely flawlessly. It is an amazing piece of engineering.

I actually enjoy taking the entire unit apart and cleaning it thoroughly and screwing each piece back in, marveling at the threadwork and the way each piece interlocks. The bottom cap on the Ts is especially interesting, the new vent hole design in itself is very nice

I am having a slight trouble though. There is a tiny o-ring in the center post, actually there are two of them. I was taking the center post out one day and POP, one of them came out. I tried and tried to get this back in and finally i smushed it and it broke.

My question is this:
What o-ring is this?
how do I put it back in?

I'm sure I can't just order the one tiny o-ring so if you have an ID and OD for it I could find one....or I could break out the micro, just wondering because I wanted to pick up a set of o-rings for my UFS as well.

Thanks in advance!

Thank you my new friend Wood for your post. A post made from a person like you that works on cnc machines makes me feel very proud:)

The tiny orings have dimentions: 2mm hole and 1 mm thickness. The procedure to put them back is: Unscrew the polygonal nut, put pin via polygonal nut, put o-rings via pin, screw the polygonal nut in the plastic.

If my explanations are not very good for you please ask me again buddy:)

Woodsmith,

You can find an Illustration I made that will show you how to put the 2/1 O-Rings back in at this link:
