some how the old batt produce better flavor and vapor, new batt has lighter draw but i think the air is leaking somewhere. I can hear the Shhh sound w/ the new batty ...hmm weird.

I think it would be great if V4L would include updates about any changes or issues of note in the email newsletter they're going to start putting out. (Not sure if that'll only be for specials, i.e. the Superbowl one, but hope it'll be for product news also.) Or, have an update page on their website, or make a dedicated, *no-reply sticky for updates here in this subforum. (*People could still ask any questions they might have in threads outside that sticky.) Hands down I say, that would be an additional sticky worth having... even if all the other ones never do get condensed into a single one!
The V4L subforum at ECF is different than others in that it's really not possible to stay updated on this kind of stuff in any quick and efficient manner. Typically one would have to page back through many days, and read long threads that by title may not even seem like they'd end up having key info nuggets hidden in them.
Anyway, I know in the case of recent batts there was actually a factory error with some of them (hole size also changed on models it wasn't supposed to be or something), and that after the Chinese holiday those ones will be changed again. But that and all such info of note would be very useful to have. Especially so any folks wanting to place a large order for something they may not realize has changed, or who need to budget very strictly, could have the appropriate info for deciding whether to proceed, or wait, or place a smaller order first to make sure they like the change/s to a fav item, etc.
Would love to know if V4L plans to or is open to doing something like this... Or maybe as a simple, casual way of compiling news items, staff could search their own posts every so often and pick out things they said that it seems like lots of others might also like to know. (That's what I plan to try next as a way of staying updated more efficiently... searching out staffers' posts that is, not my own lol

I like the one w/ 2 lil holes cus that one produce cloud of vapor.
