New batteries already charged

I purchased 2 KR808D-1 kits form LeCig and all of the batteries where fully charged when they arrived.
Has this been a normal experience from other vendors? I thought it was a very great touch because I was able to try them out as soon as I opened the box. I thought I was going to have wait in anticipation for the batteries to charge so I didn't mess them up. I put them on the charger and they indicated fully charged in under 5 min for two and immediately on the other two.

All generic e-cigs I've ever bought in the past have come with a factory charge.

Two KR808D-1 came in the mail today and must have been about 90% charged, they were both fully charged in about 5 minutes

There are a lot of misinformation about recharging Li-ion batteries. My 510 instructions told me to charge for 8 hours during first charge and other things I just didn't pay attention to.
