I have recently purchased two new eGo batteries, from two separate places. Neither will charge. As soon as I screw them into the charger, the button starts blinking and the charger light go green, indicating it is fully charged, when obviously it is not. One of the charges is a 1100...not sure about the other..standard, no twist. I have one mini battery that will charge on this charger. Any suggestions?..

How do you know they aren't fully charged? Have you used them?

All Li-On batteries should be shipped with at least a partial charge. You could just have two batteries that came fully charged or so close to fully charged that the charger won't initiate. Three flashes of the fire button on the eGo battery means it established a working connection with the charger, charger switching immediately to green means it sees nothing to do there.
