I love V4L and have for a few years but its been so much fun lately with all the new products and sales. They have always had great products and service but its been even more fun and exciting lately! I love it!

......I did see one prototype (I think it was) with the rubberized finish when Kanza and I went to the store last time. It was really nice, kind of velvety smoothe but harder to drop, which is a nice feature if you're a klutz like me.

But will it be metallic or 'soft touch' texture? Will the 'soft touch' coating make these batteries that bit thicker than normal?
There's a blue there that looks almost turquoise, I hope it is - though it was a metallic turquoise diamond I wanted - with either purple or green led. Can't wait to find out.

The one I saw was being used by a staff member and it was exactly the same width as the others; I think it's just a different finish rather than an extra "coating" - at least it seemed like it.
I'm with you on the turquoise - my eyes got big when I saw that!
Will have a full review/tech info up of these tomorrow Ms. Skittish. Been putting them through torture for a bit now....

I was so excited to see that turquoise, aquaish color too. It will match my new Ming tip!
