New beginnings... (AKA, APV -> RBA systems)

I think most people will get what this is about by the AKA in the subject line, but just in case, I'm an APV user that's just not getting what I need from my current setup, as indicated by my desire for a much higher nic % in my juice (some have suggested that my system is clearly not efficiently vaporizing the liquid if I need 48mg/ml nic juice). I also have a severe PG sensitivity, so please keep that in mind, too.

So, a couple quick starting questions. I understand that RTA is a rebuildable tank atomizer and RDA is a rebuildable dripping atomizer, but what are the real differences between the two? Advantages & disadvantages? I know it will be difficult, but please try to keep the technical speak to a minimum.

I've seen many good beginners guides, but none that directly address the above question.

Also, what's this genesis thing? There are just soo many options and modifications that I don't even have a clue where to begin, and I know I'm not the first one to be so overwhelmed. I looked without success for any similar post before considering writing this post. HELP!

Is it possible to continue to use my MVP 2.0 as the power source for an RBA?

Now that I think of it, I'll just go to a couple local shops. I have way too much to learn to be able to do so here. Thanks anyway, and I'm sure I'll be back with more once I get at least some understanding of all this.
