Hardware Needed For Beginning Rebuild

Greetings,

Sorry in advance for the newb question, but I just placed an order for my Kenthal wire and silica wick as well as got some cotton to try out the difference. Anyway, I am a complete newb at building pretty much anything. My tool supply is limited to a hammer, flat head screwdriver and a phillips screwdriver. So basically, I have nothing else laying around to use as tools in rebuilding.

My question is: what hardware supplies will I need to buy in order to rebuild? If you have links to the actual product that would be great, because I plan to hit up either HomeDepot or Lowes later today to get the tools I need.

Also, I have several kinds or clearos I want try rebuilding: CE6, Viva Mini Nova, Kanger Protank, Kanger T3M, iClears. So a secondary question, what one would be the easiest to try to rebuild first?

Go to the pharmacy.
You need a travel sewing kit, a pair of toe nail clippers, 2 pair of tweezers (fine point and flat tip).
Depending on your eyes, a pair of +3 cheapo reading glasses.
A bottle of 91% or higher isopropyl alcohol. A roll of kitchen towels and a turbo/torch lighter (refillable is better).
Get a multi-meter at the shack or the depot.
Start with the Kanger Protank head.

Thanks Izan, is the isopropyl alcohol for soaking the wick in and then the turbo/torch lighter to heat the coil before rebuilding?

Use the ISO for cleaning most anything. Wick, devices, drip tips...
Torch lighter for wick/wire and/or mesh later is you choose.

Rebuild starts at 12:00
