New Blu - compatible models?

Hi Blu lovers!

I just picked up a blu on the classifieds and I have to say, I am enjoying the Blu as much as my other ecig models (I have the 510, and almost all the penstyles..love all for their own qualities).

My question is this: I have searched the forum and I see that the Volcano is compatible, but are there any other models/brands that work with the Blu?

I would like to be able to keep my eyes open for good deals on products that will work with my blu. Thanks for any help!

From what I remember the batteries are compatible with the Joye 510, Jky-306, and Smokeless Delite (I don't remember the Make and model of the Smokeless Delite but their Customer Service SUX!).

Attys are all different, but I think someone will probably post what the BLU is really (MFR name and model).

The Volcano and Blu are the same model ... an lb88 I believe. The threads on the batteries and Attys are 510 compatible. You can use the volcano/blu attys on 510 batteries and 510 attys on volcano/blu batteries. You can also use the new 510 cartos on the volcano/blu batteries.

You can also use volcano products on your blu. I have a volcano and a Magma (510) and the company is great to work with. I've heard horror stories about Blu's customer service and shipping times. If you buy pre-filled carts, I would suggest volcano because you can order single packs with 5 carts as opposed to blu where you have to order full cartons. that way you aren't stuck with a carton in a flavor you don't like. Also, volcano sells the juice they use in their carts, so you can top of and refill with the exact same flavor.

Thanks for the responses! I tried it on my 510, and although it was a bit smaller, and looked kind of funky... it did indeed work! Good to know

I'm just trying out the flavors. The blu kit I picked up came with some Volcano carts, and a friend sent me a couple blu packs today, so I am getting a few flavors. I am really interested in trying the Java and the milk chocolate. I don't have those, or the Menthol. I think I have all the others basicallly covered. Not really diggin the Vanilla as much as I thought I would!

Does anyone run good specials on the compatible parts (that look similiar in size?)?

Save all the carts... refill with Ms.T's juice and you will be happy. I have recently swapped to fluval foam in the original carts and use just a tad less than I was with the original stuffing. But, I am now getting the benefit of actually getting all the juice outta the carts! Major difference in lifetime of fillings.

For added oomph you can try Joye 306A attys or volcano atty's. The Volcano Magma is a 510.

Fluval Filter Foam right on the box. There are loads of posts about it.

Only blu and Volcano make the L88B, the only other "close" compatible unit would be the Sidesho. Compatible in that the batteries will work and are the same diameter as the blu (longer though). However, Sidesho attys are a bit "touchy" on the blu/Volcano batteries and Sidesho carts won't work with blu attys.

As Bert mentioned, the Joye 306 Atty works very well on the blu batteries and carts... better vapor and TH.

Yes they are!! My regular vaping machine is my blu (or compatible) atty on an Ego battery. It's better than my MOD, my cartos, my LR's, my anything. Just can't beat the TH, , vapor, taste, reliability, construction, etc.


FLUVAL: you can get it at Petsmart, and there are several different kinds (check the box closely) Make sure you get the one that says: fluval polishing pads. Here's some instructions that work well.
