New box mod advice needed. iStick 50, KBox, Retrofit current box.

Hi everyone, I am looking for some advice on getting myself a new box mod.

Currently, I have a hana modz 30w clone with an obviously fake DNA30 chip. It's fine with higher ohm setups(1.2+ ohm) but it cannot handle anything subohm stable.

I would like to upgrade to a better box mod as soon as possible, because I have really been enjoying subohm vaping on my Subtank(.5 ohm OCC) and my mutation X dripper.

These are some I am interested in:

1. istick 50w : Great price, huge 4400 mAH battery!
2. Kanger KBox: Looks super clean, handles like 45w, built for subtanks.

I have an option also of pulling out my fake DNA30 chip and replacing it with an authentic DNA40 chip. This will give me a good and reputable evolve chip, and keep my current housing.

What do you guys think?

NOTE* I would like to keep my budget below $70 dollars.

If so, factor in which is cheaper and which will get you to your goals for the least amount of $$$.

If budget is no factor, then why not upgrade to like a Sigelei 150W?

Yes, i forgot to mention budget. I would like to keep my budget below $70 US. Don't necessarily want to spend so much. Maybe, based on everyones response, I may just wait a little longer and save up for 1 really nice mod and not worry about power again.

Maybe I should follow the principle of: Buy nice, or buy twice...

If he was going to spend more, I would get the iPV4 or HB DNA 40 instead. He could even get a HANA with slight imperfections for $125.

I like my iStick 50 so much I purchased another. As heavy as I vape (Nautilus Mini) I have yet to take it past half battery life. I bought it so I can transition into sub ohms down the road.

I have the same hana clone from cloupor, that being said I saved my bucks and picked up a sigelei 150 and I am extremely happy.

I wanted the cushion to run 70 or 80 or whatever with safety on my drippers. Since I like my drippers at 0.2 it's planty for me.

If you like the 0.5 and above then the istick 50 or replacing your chip might be good enough. I am planning on switching my chip out soon too.

I think the iStick 50W will give you more flexibility in finding your sweet spot. The Kbox is in 5 watt steps. I constantly tweak the wattage on my iStick 50w for variation in my coils.. Also pbusarbo gives the iStick 50w a thumbs up as it is accurately tuned.
