Yesterday I stopped in at a new smoke shop to see if they carried ecig supplies and was thrilled to find numerous juices and several different batteries available. But then I started looking at the prices..... 3-10ml bottles of juice/$30, a Riva 650 kit $129.... I know it is expensive to pay rent to have a store, but really? These prices? What about others of you who have a b&m in town, are these prices comparable?

Most brick and mortar stores seem to be run by companies that already have an online presence and business established. For others, like your smoke shop, it is much more difficult. They can't stock the great assortment of hardware and juice that people are going to want because at the end of the day, they will be stuck with a lot of it. They would also have to dedicate an employee to handle just that portion of their business. This drives up the price and reduces the availability of supplies.

It would be great if we could see a vape store in every town, just like the smoke shops, but there's got to be a lot more vapers out there before this happens.

I have a vape shop within 5 miles of my home. Their prices are very competitive with online vendors. Unfortunately, they are a small store and do not have a very large inventory as of yet. I do enjoy spending time there on the weekend as they have a "lounge" type environment and being able to talk with others that enjoy vaping is priceless.

The prices at my b & m store are high, but not that high. My ego t kit- standard kit w/2 units, 650 mah batts, 5 tanks, charger, plus a 10 ml bottle of juice- was 80 bucks. This was a sale price, with a regular price listed of $120, but I suspect that is a continuous "sale" to make the price look good. 10 ml juices are 10 bucks, 30 ml are 22. The really big advantage is they let you sample any juices so you don't get stuck with a bunch of juices that you hate. Maybe they will get their prices more in line in the future. :)

I have one about 10 miles from me. Happy, happy, joy, joy! It's "All About Vapor". They let you try any juice you want. They have their full line of flavors on the wall and then your's up fresh while you wait. They suggest to let it steep one day, opened, under a light. I paid $5.50 for 10ml. plus tax. I think it's a bargain. Hope they can stay in business.
