if youre using an igo w 1, the best i found was to use QUAD nano (not dragon, it burns he cotton around the coil for thi build) with 28 gauge. i think 10 wraps each. sorta hard to build because of that center post with 4 leads coming through. even tho it wasnt the best vape ive used, it gave the most vapor out of any atty and or build to date. and this was on a mech

Great battery choice.

I'd go with a dual coil center post setup wicked with cotton. If each coil is 1 ohm, you'll get .5 total. With the airflow you've got, that should make some serious vapor. 5 wraps of 28 gauge on a 3/32 drill bit for each coil should get you in the right range and leave room inside the coil for a good amount of cotton - I do 10 wraps for my 2 ohm single coils on the Kayfun.

This setup will keep you above the .3 ohm limit you set for yourself (which is a good, safe, smart limit), and it'll push out 35 watts for the clouds and warmth you want. It's about an 8.5 amp draw, which the VTC5 can handle with one hand tied behind its back.

I currently am using an igo w base, I sometimes use the igo w cap and originally was drilled out to 1/8 but re drilled to 9/64 with either a nimbus clone cap with 2 9/64 drill holes besides the 2 original holes or a Halo AFC cap on it. I'm running around 0.3 Ohms with 5 wrap dual coils on a 5/64 drill bit.

28g kanthal with dual micro coils wrapped around a 1/16 drill bit with 4 wraps gets me .36 ohms.

With a 1/8 hole you can decent clouds, but there not going to be that big. Also a warm vape for you might not be the same for me or someone else, it depends what you're use to or not use to of, when I first started my first build was a .46-.48 and I thought it was crazy hot, and now at .3 even with smaller holes I feel it as a cooler vape for me. A larger hole will give you bigger clouds but will reduce flavor, you need to find the right combination of air to heat along with your sweet spot and higher VG or 100 VG.

You're welcome, also I would recommend trying different gauge wires for your builds until you find your ideal gauge before buying large amounts, I made that mistake, and I have about 90 ft left of 28g and and almost 90 ft left of 28g that is just sitting around now. Then when you find your ideal size and figure out if rebuilding is for you then buy a spool of kanthal, but shop around, since most b&ms will rip you off. Then you can practice and experiment with different builds.
