So i just did a build with 24g duel at .2 after i take a hit i hear a sizzling sound is it cause my cotton is to tight or to lose

You sound like an unexperienced vaper (?) Sizzling is a normal sound when e-liquid is being vaporized.
0.2 ohm is a pretty low build if you're an inexperienced coil builder. It's safer to build much higher resistance until you are confident in your knowledge and skills.
What batteries are you using in your mod? Make sure they have the proper amp output (continuous discharge rate) for the ohm build you make.

i know about coil building but never really heard that sound before in other builds i did i also know my ohms law and im running 2 smurfs 18650's 2500mah 3.7 @ 65watts i never build under .2 on my sigelei 100watt

The coils are still hot enough to be vaporizing e-liquid, even without pressing the fire button.
Take your finger off the trigger a half a second before you stop drawing air through your atty and you should hear no more sizzle.

Are you used to building with thinner, higher guage wire? Thicker kanthal will take longer to cool down ... may get a little sizzle after the drag. Shouldn't be much though.
messed with 22g before did not like it so stuck with 24g is my fav
yeah ... sounds like it's just hot. If it stresses you or you think it's burning the wick, dryburn & rewick. Were it me & I was enjoying the vape, I don't think I'd sweat it. You could knock your watts down little by little & see if the enjoyment of the vape vs aftersizzle is worth it.

Cotton seems ok to me, but I use JC pads lightly rolled into a cylinder. A side shot of the build would help see the wicking better. I agree with the posts that it's fine. If you get a scorched taste, maybe the wick is a bit too tight.
