First off - i quit smoking 2 weeks ago thanks to vaping.

Now I have gone crazy buying e-liquids and my first mod - a MVP Pro 3. Using a Aspire Triton subohm tank as well.

One of my concerns though is where the e-liquid is coming from - a kitchen? a lab? a garage? It's astounding the lack of information that is available from liquid manufacturers.

a kitchen, a lab, a garage...

I believe the answer would be all of the above.

I agree, and tracking down any information can be daunting.

I'm from Illinois, and I happened to be in Marion, Illinois, about 5 hours South of where I live at a Kawasaki dealership and ran in to a guy who had started to manufacture and sell to several vaping stores in the area. Lets just say that this particular individual did not give off a vibe like a chemist or even know what a clean room is. Really made me wonder.

There are some manufacturers that show what their facilities look like on their websites. I do some basic research, but lets face it, the industry is new and we are going to be buying on the whim. I'm not 100% for government oversight but we are putting the E-Liquids in to our body, so maybe some oversight is warranted. If it happens, you can expect prices to take a huge jump though. If that happens, I would probably just roll my own as I trust myself.
