The target amount can increase. In order to increase a percentage of one ingredient while maintaining percentages of other ingredients additional amounts of all other ingredients must be added.Found what I believe is a a bug...
When using the "Modify Existing Recipe" option, changing the VG or PG causes the target amount mls to change to what appears to be a very large random amount. For example, a recipe starting out with a target amount of 5mls and a PG/VG ratio of 60/40 goes up to a target amount of 215000.00 mls when changing the VG to 83%. Adjusting the flavor percentages also changes the target amount although by a small amount.
Can you email me or pm me with a screen shot of the error you are getting installing the portable version?Apologize if this is in the thread already, but I'm at work and have a few free minutes but not enough to go through the whole thread...
I already installed this awesome calculator on my work machine and laptop at home. Is there a way to make the two "talk" to each other? I'm guessing that's what the portable setup is for but it keeps erroring out when I try to install it to my Google Drive. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

If you install the regular version you can save the juice file to your google drive and it is available to all of your installations.
The portable install also allows you to share the juice file, which includes all recipes and ingredients, but it also allows you to share other things such as all of your options (Tools->Options).

An easier way to do this might be to install the application as normal on each machine. Save your juice files to Google Drive and then open the juice file from Google Drive on each machine. Can't PM you because I don't have 5 posts yet but here's a screenshot...

I was able to duplicate the error that you are getting and I found a solution. Here is what you need to do:Can't PM you because I don't have 5 posts yet but here's a screenshot...

Cause its easier to run from one Location. This is not an issue on Dropbox. An easier way to do this might be to install the application as normal on each machine. Save your juice files to Google Drive and then open the juice file from Google Drive on each machine.
Trouble with labels....
I am using Avery 5160 labels.
When I print using the Sample Label layout, the text is aligning with the bottom of the label. I currently have only 3 lines. 1-Juice Name 2-PG/VG & Nic 3-Custom Text: Bottled on: Date
I am afraid if I add a fourth line of text, it will print on the label below. I have checked the label parameters within the calc and they match what I measure with a micrometer almost exactly. Close enough...
I am not using an image. Just plain text as formatted per the sample label.
What might I check to resolve this?
1st, I was thinking about mixing a recipe up that I currently vape and thought I would use honeysuckle instead of watermelon in it. when I pulled up my honeysuckle ingredient up it say I am currently using it in 2 recipes. Is there a way of listing what recipes I am using a specific ingredient in? Possibly in the ingredient list a section listing current recipes that ingredient is used in?
