New carto=hardly any vapor

I just got some new tanks and opened up a new Boge SR XL carto and filled it up, and filled up my tank with sweet tart from vape dudes (100% PG 6mg nic). The carto doesn't seem to snap crackle or pop and the vapor production at 4.4v on my twists is horrible and the same results happen on my Vamo at 6.5w

Do you think it is just a dud cartomizer? I filled 4 cartos today with similar juices (all 100% pg) and they're working fine, this one just seems to lack vapor production. Any ideas?

must have been the carto, swapped it out for a new carto, made a new juice mix and it's snap cracklin and poppin and producing clouds. this thread can be closed (unless anyone wants to chime in)

I'll just chime in with my recent experience. I've been using the Ikenvape Platinums in my tanks for the last couple of months. I really like them, and was curious to try their flagship premium carto called the Fusion just to see if it could be even better.

The first one that I tried I tested the ohm rating on the Provari. 2.5 ohm as advertised. Primed it in my usual manner and then filled the tank. The result was a horrible harshness so bad that it was unvapable. I ended up emptying the tank and throwing the carto away. I chalked it up as a bad carto.

Repeated the process a few days later with a second Fusion and it has been working flawlessly. I can't say that it is any better than the Platinums at this point.
