Kids smokin' wacky t'baccy more than regular t'baccy? I just thank the lord that our govment is protectin' them younguns from the evils regular t'baccy and makin' it legal to do the wacky stuff. How can one think that regulating e-cigs would protect the kiddies when one sits back and considers the fact that teens are using an illegal (in most of the US and extremely regulated where they have laws allowing it) substance more than the legal vegetable matter.
