New Designer Pyrex Tanks Thread

Woot woot!! Congrat's that one is really nice, I think you will love it!! We'll get it shipped out in the morning. =)

Im a noob owner of one of these beauties, offering thanks, kudos to HDV.
I think they call these little pets "lizards" or "Iguanas". Im in Hawaii- so I see them as lucky "Geckos".
I just got the spotted "Gecko"- He's adorable! His little spots are gold, on a green body with big white eyes that peep
around the side of the tank, watching the liquid level for me.
Grommets are tight, came with cartos to get me started; which is good (since I didnt exactly check type of cartos
I'd need for the tank-just "presumed" I'd have them on hand). The only suggestion I can think of-it'd be sweet to have the dimensions in "mm" rather than inches

because I see both Boge, smoketech, cart details in metric. (feel free to ignore- I realize you're all in USA).
Looking at the little blue gecko above with the black & white eyes- I think Im going to need to build a "gecko family".

So for the handmade Pyrex tanks
I need suggestions on having them last longer than "disposable"?
The top grommets- OK they're sold at HDV...priced per each grommet and each with OD 5/8in; ID 3/8in
but as "handmade" items are different- the bottom grommet has a MUCH larger "groove"- so the ones on the website dont fit,
and HDV doesnt sell
those variable sized replacements.
Suggestions welcome.
I've been searching Industrial/auto but clearly "food grade" is preferable.

If there is an issue with the tank or shape, please contact us. Our glass guy backs up his work and will fix the tank if there was an issue with craftsmanship.

As I wrote earlier. it needs new gaskets, and they're different sizes. You only carry 1 replacement size The tanks (like mine) use two different sizes. Top & Bottom...Ive already been through you folks, tried your one size fits all, sadly it doesnt..
If it is a custom pyrex tank from HDV, they only take 1 size, but sometimes the hole can be slightly tighter (or in your case too loose) than they need to be. Again, our glass guy will fix it if that is the issue. You need to submit an RMA request, wait for approval, then return it so we can give it back to our glass guy to be fixed.
