New DIY flavor... Jersey Shore: The Situation

A vaping friend of mine came over today and we had a mixing party. I wanted to show him how easy it was to play with DIY cause him and his girlfriend were interested but like other aspects of vaping DIY is a bit mysterious and hard to understand without a good demo. I gave him free reign of my flavors and I just calculated the percentages and suggested flavor levels. His creation is called "Jersey Shore". It smells just like tanning oil but vapes and tastes awesome! These are the flavors in the mix:

Coconut
Butter
salt Water Taffy
Cotton Candy

I was shocked how good it was. Very nice creamy flavor. I also mixed a Strawberry Cheesecake, Pineapple Brandy, Hobo Breakfast. All the flavors are great and I hope they get better with a good steeping....

It's from LorAnn. Got a dram bottle from my local supplier... It smells and tastes awesome.

No, it's actually a candy and cake making supply store. It's in Bensalem, PA. They don't carry e-cig supplies or other DIY supplies if that's what you were asking...

That's a diacetyl situation. I've seen people claim they don't add it, but at the very least it has stuff like acetyl propionyl or acetoin which only seem to have flavor because of diacetyl being a contaminant in the manufacturing process. Lung failure isn't worth it.

Lorann's overall is not worth it.. about 80% of their flavors have artificial colorings too. Good idea but bad choice of flavor company.

None of those fun sounding things are listed in the ingredients of the butter flavoring I have from LorAnn's. Anymore information on this???

I know LorAnn's isn't the best but I get the dram bottles for 40cents each so it was a really good place for me to start DIY for very little cost. I'll be placing an order with FlavorConcentrate.com for better flavorings shortly...

It isn't required by law to be listed and falls under (natural/artificial) flavorings. Diacetyl and related chemicals aren't listed as dangerous, because they aren't when you digest them. They act differently with the lungs and people aren't using diacetyl/buttery flavorings the way they are intended to be.

See my post here on where to order from. Nicvape has those flavor west for $3.50 for 10ml and you don't have to pay shipping from the UK. You can get 6ml PA flavors for $1.50 or so. My life is worth that $, to not vape poison.
