New DIYer Help Please

Hey, I'm sorry if this has been asked somewhere else but, I'm looking to get started in DIY juice. I've been vaping for a year and a half, so I've been around for a little while. My question is where is the best place to buy the supplies I need? Is there a place to buy a starter kit? Also, I've seen that people are measuring their ingredients by weight. Is that the best way of measuring?

I'm looking to make 3mg juice in a variety of flavors, and am even interested in trying out unflavored juice. Just to give you an idea of the direction I'm looking to go. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

Edit: I measure by weight and I love it for many reasons. The two main reasons are cleanliness and accuracy. There are several methods though. You just have to figure out which one works best for you. Good luck!

Nicotine river has a 60ml for about $8 of 100mg nic, pretty smooth stuff.

Bullcityvapor.com is great for flavors you can get pg and vg here as well but I prefer essential depot.

Scale is quick and easy for me.

I haven't really seen a kit I would recommend.

Um er I hate to differ from all this good info but I use %s not mls for flavorings used in recipes. I use the drop method and with the tiny amounts I use of flavorings it is easiest. There are many ways for us all to get the juice the way we want it. And all the info is available on this forum good luck joecarroll42.
