okay soot just accept the fact i am what i am.. i have now joined the enemy.. i used to be fully on the side of the consumer now i am a seller.. i am in a postion of not being able to knock other sellers.. its part of the rules..

just take note i dont post as much here as i used to do.. i also dont carry a bloody great sign off signature linked to my product..

i have not promoted e-cig.com.. simply reported on the hardware in a none biased way.. like it or not people have wanted to hear my opinion on the new mini cig... so i have given it.. not as i expected to get it.. but i did get it..

not as it has done be any f-cking good thow has it... simply getting it and saying its okay as a product gets me in trouble.. he he

you by the way wronged me in the review section with your months to arrive crap.. so on the basis of that you make my point.. and your own.. i cant f-cking win..

so mods.. the first instance of me being bullsh-itted in the review forum for purely vindictive reasons with what amounts to out and out untruths.. we ship the next working day after getting orders.. in the UK where we can we ship next day before 1 pm guaranteed delivery.. to the US and the rest of the world we ship again the next working day after getting the order and use international signed for delivery..

so soot where does that leave u with your months to arrive boll-x.. simple a purveyor of false information.. sanctimoniously accusing me of what i aint entirely sure..

this goes with no suppliers being allowed to post in the review section or the newbie forum.. sorry for the tirade but soot has p-ssed me off...

and to put this months to arrive crap down once and for all..

we seem to have a batch of five products posted to the US on the 17th of last month.. all five posted on this day seem to have got lost in the international postal system somewhere..

come monday all five customers have been offered a full refund or another device shipped out to them.. the choice is theirs.. so far they seem to favour a new product being shipped out to them instead of the refund.. but its their choice..

If they were all sent on the same day at the same time.

I am not sure if they would all go to the same Hub for clearing in to the US on arrival as they would be destined for different parts of the country.

It is possible the problem may be in the UK.

I don't want to damage Trog's commercial reputation. I have nothing to add to the positive reviews of Trog's screwdriver.

My disagreement with Trog relates to his feckless disregard of visitors and members who might follow the advice of a "manufacturer" and long established member. Trog can choose to write off his dealings with e-cig.com if he wants. He could also point out the difficulties he experienced. He didn't.

ye Trog could have mentioned the ridiculous waiting times from e-cig.com but i reckon he thought that most people interested in the review would have looked at the very lengthy thread about the e-cig.com mini e-cig and the terrible service and time scale here :

Yes Apostle - Trog could have mentioned that. I don't know what he thought but think it fair to assume a thread entitled "new e-cig.com mini cig.. review..??" would include relevant information that would warn members and guests about the known problems of dealing with this company.

I think it fair to say that readers are now warned.

i would second the fact the product seems to work okay.. but it needs more than this to consider it worth buying for anything together than a review...

question one... do e cig have enough parts available to guarantee reasonable delivery...

question two... spare parts will be needed can e cig supply them with reasonable delivery..

question three... should people buy from e cig at all taking into account their past reputation for none existent communications and taking money for something they cannot supply in a reasonable fashion...

my take is simple.. we now know the product works okay.. but thats all we know..
