I am new to e cigs. I bought a DSE-901 e cig from eCigPros.com. It was a good deal and we got it at a bike week event! The battery live is good and the cartridges last pretty long too. What I want is to find out what others recommend for a super mini e - cig. The one complaint I have about the DSE-901 is that it is so long. It is not the pen style. It is 110 mm long from tip to tip. I am used to smoking Marlboro 72's so I just can't get used to the length, especially when I am driving. any suggestions? I looked at the revolver and a bunch of others and it always seems they are out of stock on everything. Ideally I want one with a PCC. I think I would still use the DSE901 at home - but I want a "going out" pack - more like a real cigarette. I think if I had that I would never want the old things again!

It sounds like you are leaning toward one of the minis and there are not a whole lot of PCC options - yet. I did see that Absolutelyecigs had an M701 PCC that looks alot like the Revolver, although the pictures were too small to say for sure. And supposedly there is one on the way for the M401, which would be my recommendation for an analog-like size. In particular, the M403 is about the size of a king cigarette. Keep in mind that as the batteries get shorter, so does the charge life. I carry 4 401 batts and they easily get me through the day.

BTW, when you see the M401, M402 and M403, the only difference is the length and charge life of the batteries.

I got a M401 2 days ago, had an 810 before that, the bigger brother to the 910.

I really like the 401. The vapor production is great, the flavor is good, and I like the warm vape. Even the small cart works fairly well.

Personally I think the PCC's are over rated. As cyber wolf says 4 batts will get you through the day. To me the limited factor on the PCC is the carts. Sure you're batts might be able to be charged all day, but the 5 carts the PCC holds are NOT going to last you a day.

That being said you have to carry your e-juice bottle to refill. If you do that, whats the difference to carrying 2 extra batts in your pocket? Also personally I'm never that far away from a charging source. Computer, wall plug, car, laptop can all be used to charge, so why do I need bulky PCC to do the job?

As for size the 401 is bigger than an analog cig, so you might be tempted to go with a smaller 403 batt. I don't see the point. Yes the 401 is larger but thats the nature of the beast. Considering the weight of all PV which are much greater than an analog, I don't think you will ever achive a true analog feel, so why sacrifce batt life for something that is not achieveable?

My Joye 510 is just short of 4.5 inches long, almost a half-inch shorter than my 901. It's my favorite mini because it's so small and gives good vapor and throat hit. It' a handsome copper color but the silver ones are pretty too. Good luck! :)

I'm new here, just registered since I got my first Ecig today. A copper Joye 510. Almost got the silver instead. lol

Anyways, 1st post but been reading this forum for about a week now, ever since a friend told me about these E-Cigs. Love it so far.

i am completely happy with my revolver elite for on the go, and my joye510 for sitting at home. the revolver is the imo a very good supermini, and the pcc is the best one out there hands down. plus i believe they have the only american designed kit, for a better price than the other sites. i just heard they will be in stock this weekend! :) 510 is awesome too. no issues except manual battery going off in my pocket and burning my leg 8-o. with a pcc would be great, except that you have to reassemble it every time!!!

It sounds like there are lots of options. I will check out absolutecigs and check back with revolver. It sounds like some of the responders are pretty heavy smokers. I am more of an old "pack a day" smoker. So far the 2 batteries I have for my DSE901 seem to last me all day. I only go through 2 catridges a day so far too. These things still vap even when the cartridge is empty. I feel like an idiot trying to figure out when my cartridge is empty. Lots to learn. Lets just hope the government doesn't get involved and shut the whole thing down! I really like that I am tobacco free and want to stay that way.
