hey guys~ i need an advice !!

i was told that new regulation for e-cigarette will affect from this may 20, 2016 in EU coutries.

cartridge on e-cig will be restricted to 2ml...

1. does 2ml new regulation affect for every types of e-cigar? or apply for only starter kits ?
if this weird law be applied to every types of e-cigar, should we say good bye to box-mod or sub-ohm ?? T.T (they are using juice too much !!)

2. does 2ml liquid container mean total volume of glass resorvier ??
or could be a bit greater than 2ml ? (excluding atomizer area)..

sorry for my poor english, english is my second language...

if you have any knowledge of this, tell me!

Hey up.

Yes you are quite right - under the EU TPD Article 20 the size of tanks and carts will be limited to 2ml. 2ml means can contain no more than 2ml of juice.

But although the regulations come in May 2016, vendors will be permitted to sell existing stocks until 20th May 2017.

And after then, in the UK, folk at vapourtrails.tv who have been in talks with the Department of Health - think that you may be able to order a tank - it will be 2ml - but there may be a larger piece of glass that gets sent with it.

It is thought box mods. tanks and so on will be very difficult to control - so the UK will not try too hard to control all the devices.

At the moment UK Department of Health is fairly ecig-friendly - especially compared with other EU countries.

Much worse in my book are the regs which limit refill juice bottles to 10ml and no nicotine stronger than 20Mg/ml. But you ask the interesting question is that the end of subohm. Actually I feel subohm will thrive because users who go on to subohm settings tend to cut their nicotine down because nictotine delivery is more potent.

Roll on the referendum (if it happens) - to leave or stay in, the European Union.
