hey guys,i just got the titan 510 drom tecc yesterday and im not sure how long a charged battery will last.charged one battery overnight with the pcc and it lasted one hour only!!!is it normal or im doing something wrong?
i have to say the vapor is great and although this is my first e-cig ,it looks extremly powerful compared with the ds901 videos i have seen.i switched overnight from 50 marlboro red a day to none(finding about e-cigs was like finding the holy grail for me).

another concern is that i really feel a good lung punch only when my cartridge is freshly filled ,after a short moment of use the effect disapears and i have to refill my cartridge again to the top despite that it still has plenty of juice left in it.any thought on that?
im using the 11 mg TW juice,as i am a chain smoker (and im vaping even more now),didnt want to use a stronger one as i will probably end up with a nicotine overdose

Was the PCC plugged in or on battery power itself when charging? If it was on battery then that would probably be the reason for the low charge? Do you have a stand alone charger to test with? The issues regarding "punch" from a cart that is filled leads me to believe the battery isn't fully charged. An under charged battery can cause issues like this as well as getting liquid in your mouth when you try and vape due to the atomizer not heating up fast enough or hot enough.

Also- 11mg for the amount you admit smoking seems a bit low. I had this issue too. I upped the nic content and found I was vaping less and being satisfied when I did vape. 50 cigs a day is almost 3 packs, you might want to look at trying 24 or 36MG liquid. Get one bottle to start and see if it seems better, order more if it works well.

There is a post on the boards regarding how many MG liquid to use based off how many analogs you smoke as well.

Sorry ANOTHER edit: If you are vaping constantly and are in front of a PC all the time, you may want to look at a USB passthrough to use. This will give you all the power you need for the atomizer to vape without having to worry about batteries. Then you can save the batteries for when you are away from your PC.

yes the pcc was plugged in but after unpluging it ,the indicators showed that both the pcc and the battery were fully charged

no ,it wasnt included in the set and i didnt see a reason to buy one as i ordred two batterries .thought i ll be using one while the other one is geting charged

Yea sounds like a definite charging issue. Also regarding vaping constantly this is probably due to the nicotine MG you are vaping being too low. I was also vaping constantly until I upped my MG.

Wish I could help more, I'm not super familiar with the PCC. I have one on order from Janty so we'll see. Similar product.

Also congratulations on going cold turkey!

The PCC for my Dura is flakey, i'd suggest getting a wall charger & only use the PCC when you are out in a pinch. I don't think anyone makes a usb passthrough for the 510.

Ugh no, hope my pcc performs. Not super familiar with the 510 (which is the same as the janty I just found out)- was a suggestion sorry :(

So much to learn :p

You might like your PCC, I hope so, I loved the idea of it but I didn't like how long it took to charge and after waiting all of that time you got a weak performance from the battery.

They don't make a usb passthrough for the Dura/Titan/510 line yet, I am sure someone will make one soon, it seems like there are some people on the forums looking to make one by the recent requests for dead dura batteries. That said though, you'd benefit from a wall charger and even a usb charger so you could charge two batteries at once. if you can return the PCC, do it and buy more batteries and a back up atomizer, if you don't have one already.

Hope this helps.

thx for the reply ozrick

well the problem of the "punch" seems to be resolved when top up my cartridge whatever the battery charge is, and i am really stasfied with that sensation.besides i really enjoy the smoking ritual(now vaping) and i will be vaping as much(i think) whatever the nicotine concentration is as the long as i can feel the lung punch.i will definetly get a stronger liquid just to see how it feels ,but i am more than happy to reduce my nicotine intake and will try to keep it that way.i dont miss the analogs at all, just maybe after eating for some mysterious reason.

for the usb passthrough it looks like a good idea when i m at home although im not sure if it produces as much vapor as my joy 510.
thx again for your advice, and thx for the guy who invented this whoever he is

Any time! Topping off a cart to get better vapor when the cart is basically already full seems like a battery issue anyway, so I think if you can get the stand alone charger and get the batteries charged properly this issue could go away.

As far as the nic MG, do whatever you feel is comfortable- just might save you battery life if you vape less and get more nic per vape :) Then again if you just like the "smoking" sensation, lower may be good since you are going to do it anyway! Either way, keep us informed on how you progress- I know I'm interested.

Any way I'm with you on the impact vaping has had on me- I love it. Love it, love it.. .. .. did I say I love it already?

Enjoy and keep those analogs away! :)

ty guys for the replies.
well i have a back up atomiser and 2 batteries,i will order a usb charger and a wall charger and see how it goes.but i will keep my pcc,i think it is very practical when you are not home.
do you guys have experience with other e-cigs?how do they rate compared to the joy 510 in your opinion ?

thx ozrick.it wasnt hard at all switching to e-cigs.i have a better experience and apparently it is much safer.

thx for your help guys
