At work so I don't have time to read all of this thread, it's BIG... Here are the things that appeal to me.

Of course, the touch switch.
Aircraft Aluminum for minimum oxidization.
Comes in Satin Black with Brass end caps NICE !!!!
Looks kind of Light-Saber'ish.
