new ego LR battery help

i was hoping to get a number to get in touch with the folks at madvapes... this is my second order with them and have loved everything so far but in the last order i got a replacement ego battery, the problem is the new battery will not charge on my original ego battery charger... it's like it can't screw far enough down on it to make a connection???? help please. thank you, and if the madvapes folks are reading this my order # is 4406373.

The most probable reason that it's not charging is that the center post inside the connector isn't sticking out far enough to make a connection in the charger. You need to take a paperclip, dental tool or small screwdriver and pull up the center post a tiny bit. You don't need to do it very much and it should work just fine.
