Hey guys,
It's been close to 6 years since I've gone on vacation, and I've got just enough money to go somewhere. I want to stay in New England but I want to know the age to vape. I'm from CT, and it's 18 I know in CA it's 21 so I cannot vape or buy anything from there. If anyone can tell me a good vape shop with house juices in New England that you must be 18 to buy something that'd be great!

Found this, U.S. E-Cigarette Regulations - 50 State Review (2016) | Public Health Law Center it's pretty cool, you can click on each state and get a breakdown of the laws. I cannot vouch for how current their data is, but every new England state except Maine has no under 18 sales permitted, Maine didn't show any restrictions so if you are 18 you should be good to go all throughout New England. Have a nice Vaca...

Sorry for double post. It's weird because I know there's a shop in CA called Planet of the Vapes and they told me you have to be 21 to buy anything. But on that site, it's saying CA you have to be at least 18 (which I am)

CA is definitely not in New England. I went to the POTV site and they seem geared towards things we do not discuss here. There is good reason for why we do not discuss those things here. Regardless, California recently upped the smoking and vaping minimum age to 21 years age. As I said previously, I cannot vouch for the accuracy of that site I linked, state vaping laws are changing, and they are going to keep changing because of the recently enacted FDA regs, as this is all new territory and it may take time for the states to play catch up with vaping being classified as a tobacco product.

You're question is a little confusing. You do realize how big New England is yes? I could give you the name of a shop and you may need to drive 4-5 hours to get there so I am not sure how helpful it will be.

All shops here require you to be at least 18 to buy e-cig supplies. Boston and 85 other towns/cities here require you to be at least 21 to buy and some will card you. I guess if you are 21 or over that won't be a problem.

Where you can vape here differs from town to town. In mine you are not allowed to vape on public beaches, inside buildings, buses etc.

Most vape shops that I know of are online in some form. Once you know where you are going in New England, you should be able to look up shops online.

I'm in NH. We have quite a few shops in the cities in the southern part of the state. Anything past Concord, and you'll be vaping tree sap :D

Ooh, maple syrup flavoring. I might have to do a quick search for that because it sounds really good. Could also sound good because i was thinking about pancakes for breakfast.
