'xpect I'm going to be crucified for this post but have just read through the newly passed EU directive for tobacco products which includes e-cig regulation and browsed through all the posts with fears and speculation about what we might have expected since 2013.
I admit I hate the interference with civil liberties and all that but it could have been a hell of a lot worse.....like a complete ban on refillables or medical registration from the off. I for one quite welcome some sort of regulation so I can vape away all day long confident that my supplier is selling me the purest stuff. The EU are completely blind to the fact that most vapers are ex-smokers; up to their ears in prohibitionist claptrap and obvious health warnings as a result, and obviously trying to take steps to protect their health, but I don't give a damn what they think.......so long as they don't ban original red flavor.

I've yet to work out what it will mean. If 20mg juice is "in" and I can still buy the other stuff, am I OK?

Think so, but the new rules make for provisions that individual EU countries can meddle a bit more..we in the UK should keep a sharp eye out.

well 18 mg / ml being the max mostly here i doubt a lot will change.. but then again member states can do their own thingy with it.
