I have this 306 bridgeless atty that leaks like a sieve. Doesn't want to be tamed, even with a drip shield it's hard to get more than a couple vapes before a dry hit as even a drop seeps through. So add liquid, vape, dry pull to rewet coil, vape, you know the drill.

So I thought of taking an inch or so of 3mm silica wick, wad it up into the bottom of my Cherry Vapes Universal and put over atty, add 1, 2, 3.. 10 or so drops, and vape. Wow, it worked; no leaking, coil stays wet, actually much better vapor, and holds a LOT of drops between fills.

Am I on to something here or is this old news? I've heard of using Bonuts, though never tried it, and never read of anyone doing the same concept of them but with silica. Anyone else done this? If it's been discussed, could you link me to it?

Nice, I have thought about doing this once but never tried it. I still have some of the first joytech attys I bought and they leak as well. Thing is, they are perfect for trying out a new juice but horrible for vapor production... I will be trying this just for the leaking problem I have because I know this will not work for the vapor issue(for me anyways) Thanks Jerms

Let me know how it works for ya. I would think it would work even better on a 510 than the 306 I'm using.

If you like dripping in 306's you need a DCA306 kit with all three of the top pieces.

They come up on the classifieds fairly often if you watch for them.

I've had one of those on my list to buy for a while, but the price has held me back a little since I use 510s and 901s more. They do seem pretty sweet though.
