Hello everyone :) I'm new here and very new to vaping (started on the 25 of january).
I'm looking forward to learning new things and meeting new people!
about me: I'm 36, french, been a smoker for 15 years, and i immediately quit cigarettes when I took up vaping. With one glitch: i started on the "rechargeable/cartomizer-thingy" e-cigs that they sell in my tobacco shop (only one in the village), and after I vaped all of the guy's supplies (he was NOT prepared), he ran out and hadn't ordered anything else, and I had to smoke for a day. then my ego-C came in the mail (I was better prepared than my tobacco shop guy lol) . Haven't smoked since, thankfully because that last time I felt the difference.... heavy breathing, burning lungs, gross gross gross taste ew. Even a headache...
Anyway I'm rambling, I tend to do that, sorry.
See you all soon :)

Ha :) thanks guys! no that shop owner has lost my business anyway, it's not like he's supplying e-juice, only "specific to his crappy rechargeables cartomizers"......that taste very, very strange. Now that I'm hooked on strawberry and cupcakes and things like that, there is no way I'm going back to that ^^ I forgot to mention I bought a starter kit for my mother too, sent and she's waiting for it to arrive impatiently (it was her birthday last week so I jumped on the occasion, she's been smoking and trying to quit for 40 something years, so I'm hoping to save her life.....my father died of lung cancer in 2000) I can't believe none of us had heard of this before!! it doesn't seem to be very popular in France, i don't know. But it's magical and delicious.

I buy everything online actually so i haven't asked my chemist..... If you want to ask yours, it's going to be called "glycérine végétale" (VG) or "propylene glycol" i suppose for PG because that's how i always see it written on things.... and yes, those weird cartos are almost impossible to find , and they taste atrocious. Why don't you buy those things online? it might take some time to come your way but you'll end up actually having them instead of hunting them down in the whole country lol..... I buy ready-made e-juice myself, so I don't know of a place online to buy these but people in here will probably know!

Well I'm sure it will depend on your pharmacy. I've even heard somewhere that some pharmacies have nicotine for sale, in the form of vaporizer tanks / recharges (how do you even say that in english lol...) you know, for the nicotine vaporizers some people use to quit smoking? I'm not sure if it's the case in France though, I might have read that info in english but i'm pretty sure it was in french...... the only way to know for sure is ask your local pharmacist ^^
edit: and I know what you mean, I was forced to smoke for a day because of this. France seems a bit backwards in regards to e-cigs lol.....
